Easly.app Terms of Service

1. General Provisions:
1.1 The Easly.app portal provides services through an online platform that enables users to create accounts
and access a variety of functions tailored to specific account types, aiming to improve the purchase-sale
process for individual clients, companies, and their representatives.
The primary goal of the platform is to simplify market analysis, compare service provider offers, and facilitate communication.
1.2 Easly.app allows users to create service inquiries that are visible to all service providers,
enabling them to submit offers to fulfill the requested services.
2. Types of Accounts:
2.1 Easly.app offers three types of accounts: for Sellers, Clients, and Managers (company accounts).
2.2 Each account type has access to specific features such as Company Profile, User Profile,
Search functions, Marketplace, Contact sections, and Chat section.
2.3 Use of Easly.app is recommended primarily for adults.
2.4 Every user can create service inquiries, which will be displayed in the Marketplace
and accessible to all registered service providers.
3. Prohibited Content:
3.1 It is forbidden to post content that violates the law, including pornography, erotic material,
illegal substances, weapons, and other content deemed dangerous or inappropriate in the context of Easly.app.
3.2 Administrators reserve the right to remove content that violates the Terms and to block access to accounts of users who break the rules.
4. Easly.app Core Values:
4.1 The most important value of Easly.app is user comfort and mutual respect.
4.2 Users are required to follow etiquette, avoid offensive messages, and respect other users' privacy.
4.3 The portal's administrator identifies long-term improvement in service quality and transparency of the
purchase-sale process as the platform’s primary goal
5. Account Creation and Agreement to Terms:
5.1 Creating an account on Easly.app means agreeing to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
5.2 Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration.
5.3 Creating a service inquiry on Easly.app implies consent to share contact details
(such as email address or phone number) with interested service providers
6. User Responsibility:
6.1 Users are fully responsible for the content posted on their accounts and for all actions taken while using Easly.app.
6.2 In case of a violation of the Terms, users may face account suspension or other penalties, at the discretion of the administrators.
6.3 Easly.app administrators are not responsible for content posted by users. If you encounter inappropriate content, please report it to: support@easly.app
7. Data Security:
7.1 Users are obliged to keep their login data and other account information confidential.
7.2 Easly.app is not liable for data loss resulting from improper account use by the user.
8. Rights of the Owner and Administrator:
8.1 The owner of Easly.app reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and platform functionalities without prior notice to users.
8.2 Administrators have the right to monitor user activity to ensure security and compliance with the Terms and Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the Terms:
9.1 The Terms of Service may be updated. Users will be informed of changes by the publication of the updated version on Easly.app.
